Seventh day

Tough switch backs to flagstaff but great scenery

Now having tomorrow off to rest .

Just had 15 mins ice bath with 5 bags of ice 🥶

Legs feel better now 🙏🏻🙂👍🏻

Istriku wasn’t there 😢so I could mix sauces and make a mess 🤣🤣
Had salad bar and rib eye steak at sizzler 😋😋
